The 2018 Hogwarts Express train (set 75955) was a step change up in quality over the previous iterations. And for those who collects sets to display static on shelves, it is pretty much perfect, but for those building larger displays, who want to have the train running around on a train track, you will need to source some train tracks and in particular, add a motor to the set. Wingardium Leviosa – Tensegrity in action…
One of the most remembered sentences from the movies must be Hermione's "It is Levi-O-sa, not Levio-sar" in Flitwicks Charms class. Ron didn't appreciate it, but at least he didn't blow up the feather like Seamus Finnigan. Read on for the review of the 2 December model.

Here's a small fix one can apply to remove those issues if desired.
Harry Potter and chocolate
Today, 7th of July is 'World Chocolate Day'. Let's celebrate that by looking into where chocolate plays a role in the Harry Potter universe and learn what J. K. Rowling herself has said about chocolate. Enjoy eating, umm sorry, reading...
REVIEW: Hogwarts Express – 2018 version
75955 - Hogwarts Express One of the 2018 Harry Potter sets I initially thought I would give a miss was the new Hogwarts Express. I already had the three previous versions (though not the very rare motorised variant of the 2004 set) - but to be honest none of them really look that well. So … Continue reading REVIEW: Hogwarts Express – 2018 version
