Little Hangleton Graveyard revisited
Following from my recent review of the "Rise of Voldemort" set and subsequent discussion of how this could be integrated with the Hidden Side graveyard set, I've rebuilt those two set into an integrated MOC of the graveyard that Harry and Cedric were taken to after completing the final task of the Tri-wizard Tournament. Read on to see where I got to...
Merpeople in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter
In this post I'm continuing with my discussion of magical creatures in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and their representation in LEGO. This time I dive (literary) into the Great Lake, the big lake next to Hogwarts, to see what I can find out about the Merpeople.
Dragons in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter
Dragons in various shapes and forms have been part of the mythology in both Europe and Asia for thousands of years. Stories about them have always fascinated humans and it's not surprising that they are also part of the Harry Potter universe. Let's have a look where they appear and how they have been represented in LEGO.
Voldemort’s hidden side
When the Rise of Voldemort set was released on 1st August, I was able to get a copy and publish a review. The same day LEGO released their augmented reality series of set called Hidden Side. Flourish & Blotts – A heaven for book-lovers
As follow up to the LEGO Weasley's Wizard Wheezes MOC I did early in the year, I've finally completed my next Diagon Alley model: the Flourish & Blotts bookstore. As a book-lover I really wanted to build this one - and also because it was one of the shops covered in more detail in the books. It will be part of a larger Diagon Alley display eventually I've got planned. The following may hint on what's coming next.
